Things to do in Bueng Kan!!
Bueng Kan is the 76th province of Thailand, the province is in the northeastern corner of Thailand. Bueng Kan offers various kinds of tourist attractions either waterfalls or mountains. It borders the Mekong River, when visiting Bueng Kan, you should not miss Hin Sam Wan(Three Whale Rock) and Thampra Waterfall.
Hin Sam Wan(Three Whale Rock)
Hin Sam Wan, which means Three Whale Rock(it looks like a family of whales) is located in Phu Sing Forest Buengkan Province, Thailand’s newest province. The rocks are around 75 million years old, jutting out of the mountains.
From the vantage point atop these “whales”, you can see amazing views and surrounding forests.

Tham Phra Waterfall is situated at Baan Non Somboon, 34-kilometer far from Se Ka District. In the area, there is the peaceful Phu Tham Phra Monastery. Like other waterfalls at Phu Wua, it has water only in the rainy season.
At the stone yard at the back, there is the 200 square metres pan-shaped valley which the water falling to the bottom at the 100-meter wide cliff. During rainy season, it is available to swim.
Tourist has to park the vehicle and travel by boat provided by the villager to the waterfall. Take a walk for another 200 meters to the waterfall.
